Something I Wrote for Our Outbound Portfolio

OUTBOUND STUFF
INTRODUCTION

Last 28th of November 2008, our class went to the Seven Lakes in San Pablo, Laguna. We had fun and excitement during all the activities that we did. There were mud, trees, water, mountains, water and more mud. There were also animals that can be seen on the grassy parts near the lakes. The sky was pretty awesome too. For more of the wonderful scenes being described, please flip to the next page now and see God’s creation in action.

INSIGHTS

During our outbound, we saw landscapes that we haven’t seen before. Our eyes were opened about the other side of the country: nature. The trees were very healthy. They stood tall on the ground and on the grass. The grass was green. The soil was brown. There was construction happening near the second lake that we visited. It was a bit loud. The plane was muddy and slippery that you can accidentally dip your feet in just like dipping the nachos, fries, or even pizzas in the barbecue/cheese sauce. Although we knew about this, some of us slipped in, unfortunately. The Skies were blue. It didn’t rain, very UNfortuntely. We saw some dead fish in Sampaloc Lake. The Twin lakes were awesome and clean since their location were far away from the busy streets of Laguna. There were many big fish nets on some of the lakes. Even though the Samplaoc Lake is dirty and full of trash, surprisingly, its pH level is neutral. We were expecting it to be acidic. The animals were doing there own thing. They didn’t attack us, fortunately enough. The clean lakes had a distinct color of blue when you see it from afar. The lakes were deep since we were required to wear life vests. There were poop of the animals on the road leading to the lakes. Some parts of the trip were smelly. I personally saw bubbles running to the lake which I think will make the lake acidic. It was cold then even though it didn’t rain. It wasn’t hot except for some of us that include me and Belay. The views were irresistible to capture. The plain was steep. Some of us almost fell on and/or in the mud. There were roads not taken. The mountains were good displays on the background of the lakes. There were times when the sky was foggy. Complaining of tiredness was not an option even though we were exhausted, climbing up the steps back to the road. Houses were built near some of the lakes which explain some of the trashes that we found on the surface of the lakes. Some people maintain the cleanliness of the lakes and some don’t. There were small flowers which names we don’t know but were beautiful and attractive that we picked them up. You can’t swim on the lake if you have your monthly period. Kids smoke at the adult’s back and even face the side of the lake so no one can catch them except for the people who are very aware of their surroundings. There were flies on some point of the walking. It gets colder when you’re wet and the wind starts to blow hard. You can’t take a bath in the bathroom even though it is called the BATHroom. You can’t also take a bath when the bathroom is full of people waiting for their turn unless they were patient enough and they are allowed by their proctor a.k.a. class adviser. You can’t play on the playground even though it is called the PLAYground. You can’t swim in the swimming pool even though it is called the SWIMMING pool not the STARING pool. You can’t stop the beat and the voice in our larynx when we sing during trekking, walking, swimming, or even sitting and/or standing in the bus. The facilitators from Lakbay Kalikasan have really old, bad and corny jokes. Students can’t cheat when the classroom is outside the school (a lot of witnesses can see them if they cheat.) You should bring your camera when you are visiting the twin lakes (they are so amazingly clean and had crystal-like surface.)Trekking is not amzing when it doesn’t rain. Some people are unfair in so many different ways. Sitting near the front of the nus is not such a good idea if you are far away from the fun people of your class. Nothing can beat a sleep in the bus after all that amazing adventure knowing that there is still a better side of the of the ugly streets, buildings and cities of the 7107 islands called the Philippines.

After Vacation

Just went back from Isabela...

I had so much fun doing things I don't usually do here at home. There are only few minutes that I spend time in watching the television there since there are LOTS of thing to do that we wished there were still more time to kill.

I came to realize that I choose kids to be my friends. I only like kids that are easy to handle and not kids that always cry without any reason at all or kids that ignores you when you talk to them or kids who blame someone else even though it's really his/her fault.

Now, I miss all the fun with my little cousin. It is supposedly 'cousins' but I didn't like his sister. She is so maldita and not really friendly. His brother rocks even though he is just six years old. The only down side about him is that he doesn't fix his toys when he is done playing with them. We always tell him to put them on their proper places but he refuses to do so. He is also naughty that's why he gets scolded by our scary grandfather who doesn't like kids more than I do.

We played airplanes. He would go sit on my lap and hold my arms sidewards and fly like an airplane. Then, still sitting on my lap, he pretends that we are a tank that shoots invisible bullets. After that he pretends that we are in a submarine that crushes tot the ground, making a little vibration effect while he is looking on the floor. I make the vibration.

With my other cousins their, we played hide and seek. the three youngest go hide and the three older cousins go seek. the oldest among us is the referee who is witness whether someone already saved or not. It was fun because I was one of the older cousins who sought the younger ones. We went up the stairs, in to every room in the house and found them one by one.

That's not all. I didn't only spent time with my cousins, I also spent it with my two uncles. The younger one had a laptop it was slow though. He helped fix my card when we were playing cards. The older one is more fun because he is the one who me and my brother go against in cards all the time. He is really good! He coached me thrice then I won on those plays. It was so awesome that before we left for the bus station, my brother and I challenged him for the last time. WE had three games. The first two was my success then the last was my brother's victory. It was so cool! I wished we had two more so that would have been five games before we left.

On the second day of stay, the four of us: mom, dad, my brother and I, together with our grandmother, went to the Our Lady of Piat Church in Cagayan . It took us a bus, a tricycle, and a Public Utility van to get there. We took some pictures and left. On the last day of stay, my mother, my previous made, and I went to Baculud to visit other few relatives and another previous made that the family had. We forgot to bring the camera so no pictures were taken. Mom chatted with the people we visited so did our previous maid then we went back to my grandparents' place where we stayed in Isabela.

Of course, I also watched T.V. I watched Myx Daily Top Ten, Suite Life on Deck, and a little bit of M.I.T. 20. That's all that I watched. The rest of my time was spent with my cousins and on food.

That's my Christmas Vacation Experience this 2008. If ever we are asked to make an essay about what we did during the vacation, this will be on the body part of the essay.

If you're wondering where and/or when did I use the things I brought in Isabela, then here is a list of activities that includes my iPod, The Merchant of Venice Book, my Health Kit, some food, and my clothes:
  • My iPod

I used when whenever we travelled. I also used it when I am bored in the sense that my fave kid cousin is taking a nap.

  • The Merchant of Venice Book

I memorized my first four lines while everybody was taking nap during our first day of stay (my brother got sick so he had to nap. My two little cousins went to nap. My two other cousins slept on the couch. I was on the front yard memorizing, almost slept.).

  • Some Food

We brought six Chippy's, and two PicNic's. They were gone on the second day of stay so we bought six more before going back from Piat.

  • My Clothes

I wore them of course! My best outfit was during our third stay (we went to mass, I had to dress up).

  • My Health Kit

It has my powder, lib balm, extra everything a girl must have when she is on a trip (gotta be hygienic).

That's all! I have to work on my memorization of my lines for the play. But for now, I'm gonna get some rest and just sit back relax and watch the television.

I'm Out. Peace...

I'm FREAKING OUT!!! (for the first time in my life)

Long time no post since Dec 12. I was busy reviewing for my exams. Don't wanna waste my time doing nothing. But unfortunately, I don't think that I did my best in the tests because I took a lot of my time thinking about the right answer instead of answering the questions. It was very depressing. I'm guessing that I all of my grades will be less a point in the card. Now, I am a little nervous. I don't think that my class standing would help increase or retain my previous grades because my participation, I think, was not half good. To tell the truth, This is my worst performance in school ever. And I thought that I would absolutely have fun this school year. But now, I think it's the exact opposite.

First of all, I didn't do well in my Speech in Filipino. Here's the story:
I was the first one to speak in front of the class!!!!! How COOL is that supposed to be since your turn is over by the next minute. I was so fortunate that I wasn't able to memorize my supposedly memorized speech. And normally, I cried after I muttered and made fun of my self in front of everyone in class. I'm telling ya... It was FREAKING HUMILIATING!!!!! I asked the teacher if there was any extra curricular activity that I can do so I can get a payback score kind of thing so I don't fail her subject: Filipino. But all that she said was that I there is none; I can do my payback in the exams. But as I just said, I don't think I did well in the freaking exams!!!
*I'm using "Freaking" because my friend thought that she was the one who started saying the word when in fact I was the one who started using the word which I learned in "The New Adventures of Old Christine" (I don't watch it, I just heard it in the commercial in ETC or 2ND Avenue).
Second, Advanced Algebra quizzes are killing me, mentally. I don't know what's happening to me. I think I'm degrading myself too much but I think I don't have the smarts or the brains to excel much in the subject anymore. So frustrating... (and to think I'm the girl in class that doesn't know how to get frustrated... I am now!).
Third, let's talk about my favorite subject this school year that is another factor that makes this year and quarter so bad. Chemistry is what I'm talking about. I'm pretty good at the subject. So good that one, I wasn't able to answer the last two questions in the long test which both were worth FIVE POINTS EACH!!!!! I lost automatically TEN FREAKING POINTS!!!!! Ha! Beat that! It was over sixty-five and I only got fifty-three. If ever I answered the two questions correctly, I would have gotten sixty-three over sixty-five. That's two points away from the perfect score. I got beaten by an average girl in Chemistry who happens to be the friend I was talking about in the *asterisk part. I have to say... That's not surprising at all. She was the batch's second top student last quarter. Who knows... maybe she'd be number one. She could possibly beat me in Advanced Algebra too since we have the same subjects all to ourselves. She's good in Math and Science, I'm good in Math and Science. We both are. Anyway... that's not all! I also wasn't able to finish the exam MISMO. I wasn't able to answer the last page and the three-fourths of the second to last page. What's worse is that my answers in the multiple choice was tragic because at first I was calm that my answer was correct since my answer appeared in the choices. but as the test numbers go by, the questions or should I say the items for computations just became harder! So I guessed MOST, not some, of the answers... so sad. I screamed along with my other classmates who weren't able to finish the exam just like me.
Fourth, and I think is the last, is the Practical Exam in Computer. I was so pleased at first when the teacher said that we can look in our notes for the codes since it was impossible for us to memorize all of it. When taking the test, there was an instruction that says that we should make another window and when the time is right, we will make it appear after the first window. How the HECK can we do that if she didn't give us the codes??? Then the class found out that in other sections, they have the codes since they discussed the topic. It was not frustrating for me since it was over but for one it was so frustrating that she is still mad about it when she found out (she's the friend I'm talking about). In general, I think the class didn't get high grades. and correction, writing this in my blog doesn't mean I was frustrated. I'm just sharing the reasons why I think this year is the worst for me so far.
Anyway... I'm not really angry or mad about my friend that has been part of this post. It just so happens that I got sick of her since we're together every time in class while my best friend is in the other section. We're alwqays together that some friends in the class call me her "Leech". I also got sick of being labeled as her "leech" that I quit stalking her in the sense that I don't follow her that often now. If she wants to this way, I go that way. That's the way it rolls now.
I can also say this is the worst year because I am not classmates with my best friend, my seatmates are not helping me focus, I always think about Matt Prokop that I can't concentrate in studying for quizzes, exams, and long tests. Talk about crushes again...
Anyway, that's it for now! Merry Christmas to all!!!

Crush...

I HAD a crush on Joe Jonas. It started last summer here in the Philippines. The reason how I knew about him and the Jopnas Brothers, here it goes...
Last school year in the first weeks of February till the last weeks, when I was still a sophomore, my best friend discovered S.O.S. by the Jonas Brothers. I didn't know the song at that time. I didn't even know the band. She sang it for at least a week with my other friend who hangs out with us. Since I wanted to sing along, I downloaded the song. It was cool. I get to sing along with my two friends. While we sing SOS, my friend said that she likes the lead singer and my best friend said that she likes the other lead singer who plays the guitar. I didn't know what they looked like so I had no choice to like the last brother who , according to the two of them, was not that attractive (no offense to Kevin Jonas). On the last weeks of February, she sang Year 3000. I repeated my method and downloaded it. So during the first weeks till the last day of school year 2007-2008, I sang Year 3000 and SOS.
Then I searched for the band during the week after the last day. I searched for pictures since I didn't know them yet. Then I figured the reason why they liked the lead singers and not so liked the last one (no offense). Then secretly to myself, I'm crushing on Joe. Then it got out when I see them on T.V. performing: S.O.S., When You Look Me In The Eyes, and Hold On. So my parents know about it so does my little brother. When I figured that they appear in Disney, that gave me a reason to be a fan of the band. I buy the magazines which display their pictures and names (but I have to say, they are not cheap).
I had a crush on him from April till October 23, 2008, the day before High School Musical 3: Senior Year premieres worldwide in Cinemas.
Here are the reasons why I didn't have a crush on him anymore...
  1. I found out that he was having a relationship with a girl DURING his relationship with Taylor Swift.
  2. He is a trying hard rockstar.
  3. Now, that I think of it, I can say that he's gay.
  4. According to my friends, he's a... Man-whore
  5. lastly... HE SUCKS!!!

But that doesn't mean I didn't like anyone then after Joe. Someone else caught my attention during the premiere of HSM3. HE is none other than: Jimmie "Rocketman" Zara (Matt Prokop). HE is totally funny, awesome and totally amazing!!! I love his song with Sharpay during the Spring Musical. "Just Wanna Be With You". There was one time when the lyrics of the song was my status in the messenger, stressing on the word "ALL!!!", the part when he started to sing. If ever Matt will have his own album (which I doubt), I'll buy it first thing.

Now, I'm totally crushing on Matt after 8 months of crushing on Joe Jonas. It wasn't easy to switch. I can't avoid seeing Joe because he is always in the television singing either Burnin' UP or LoveBug; or even see him in Disney. That's why I don't watch T.V. often anymore. I only watch CSI Las Vegas, and CSI Miami in Fox Crime and Hereos in either Star World or CS9.

yeah...

I'm back again... just finished our Mastery Test this morning... as usual... I didn't finish the math part... it always happens... I never get to finish the stinkin' subject every Mastery tests... so depressing... and to think i'm pretty good at the subject... i guess i'm just slow in computations... i wish i was fast... anyway... i wasn't able to answer the last two items... so... it's cool... better than not answering anything... better luck next time... *sigh*...

It's Joyful and Depressing at The Same Time

Wednesday...

We had no classes because of the PAASCU. I was all alone at home. I watched television from morning till 12pm. Then I ate lunch. After that I turned the computer and played music. I took a bath and got ready for 4pm because I made a deal with a friend that we would go to my brother's school to buy a book in their book fair. Unfortunately, there were two factors that didn't allow us to go in the school. First, the guard said that it is not allowed for visitorse to go in if they are wearing shorts which what I was wearing (it wsn't really a short shorts that is really short, it was just above my knees). So, my friend and I had to go back at home just for me to change. We went back and were pretty sure that this time, we were allowed to go in. Still, the gaurf didn't let us in even though we told him that my friend is a family of one of the teachers in the school. The guard suggested to bring the teacher with us then we could come in. Sadly, the teacher had a meeting that day and time. In short, we weren't able to go in and buy a book... Even though it didn't work for us, I was still happy that day since I received the iPod I was promised about. It is a Pink iPod Shuffle. It is really cute...
Thursday...
Classes resumed. We had shortened period because we had club meetings. Everything went normal except for the schedule. Two things happened that day that I will never ever forget.
First, it was during lunch break. I had my wallet with me when I went to the cafeteria with my best friend until we sat down and eat whatever we chose to eat. After we ate, we went for a dessert. When I was about to reach for my wallet, it seemed that it wasn't in my pocket nor it was in my jacket pocket or on the table. We went looking for it by tracing our steps from the table to the corner where they put the spoons and forks (assuming that I dropped it while we were on our way in getting a spoon and fork. We weren't able to find it... To think that I was really calm at those moment because I knew that my wallet will surely be found since it has my name on it. So I waited until after lunch and until dismissal. There was no wallet found and no announcements about it. I spent my after lunch ours very miserable. At those times, I was already preparing myself to the consequences that I would take when I told my mom about it. I came looking for it during club hours and after club hours. I was still not able to find it. Then dismissal came. I went to the lost and found office twice but the personnel in charge wasn't there. I was dissappointed but surprisingly didn't cry. My friends and I were heading to the gate where we were supposed to be picked up individually by our fetchers. I decided to go back in the campus and searched for it. I was with my best friend. There was something happened that made me have more faith in God. We happen to pass by the cafeteria again. Desperately, I talked to the maintainance personnels and asked them about a missing walet in the cafeteria. At first we misunderstood each other but when I repeated my question if they had found any wallet, they let me and my friend come in the kitchen. They asked for my name, the color of the wallet, and the amount that was present in my wallet to confirm that the wallet they found was mine. Everything I answered had a match and then I found my wallet unexpectedly!!! Thanks to the school's maintenance and to my perseverance to find my wallet before leaving the school, I was abel to find my wallet.
Second, it was during the club hours towards dismissal time. Everyone went to their respective venues for their club. I went in my own club: Math. I was first one in then others followed. At that time, I was still looking for my wallet so I went down to the Lost and Found Office the first time to see if it was there. Then I went back to the second floor because club was starting already. The my club's activity was to play gameboards. So we played for the whole club hours, everyone except me and a new found friend. We are both fans of High School Musical 3 and it just so happened that we were in the same club, in the same venue, in the same time. She was playing Uno with other members. I was watching them play since they had already started the game. She began to sing "Can I Have This Dance" from HSM3 Soundtrack. I guessed she'd watched the movie and already had the soundtrack since she memorized the song lyrics already just like me. I sang with her in the chorus. For awhile, we were shy to show our true colors in singing but when the Uno game was finished, we sang different songs in the HSM3 Album. We had duets and even sang and laughed at the same time. So our voice were really loud enough to let everyone in the club hear us. Since we were the older ones in the club (the fourth year members were in a different venue), we stood up and started dancing and singing "Can I Have This Dance". She even lifted me and circled around since she was heavier than I am. While we were doing the lifteing and the waltzing, the fourth years were entering the room!!! I felt a little embarrassed but seeing that my new friend wasn't, I had confidence to continue our musical since there was nothing else to do. We also did "I Just Wanna Be With You" Sharpay and Jimmie version. She was Sharpay, I was Jimmie. I was so funny that we weren't able to perform in a snap. Everyone was looking at us now. Moments before, most were ignoring us. Now that we used the stage, we got their attention. Appluase were given to both of us. Then Dismissal came. Indeed, it was a day to remember...
Friday...
My day wasn't the same since my seatmate had to go home because she is sick. Things were not happy for me since I have no one to chat with. I can still talk to my other seatmeats though, but the teacher would notice it. So I was completely bored. Not to mention that my best friend's section had their outbound that day! I had no one to eat lunch with in the cafeteria. It's a good thing I had lunch with me cooked by my mom that morning before going to school. I spent recess with my half-bestfriend and also lunch... Then when I came home form school, I was excited to open up the computer becuase I wanted to put songs in my first ever iPod! At first I wasn't successful in doing so that went to the point that I gave up. But when my brother came home form the Computer shop to play DoTA, the syncing of songs were a success!!! I guess that my brother was my lucky charm that day. When going to bed, I was attached to it but I knew I had to get it off my ears so I can really go to sleep. I thank God that night for the success of my iPod...
Saturday (Today)...
Today is cleaning day. I fixed my cabinet of stuffs since it was already dusty and unorganized. I had time for a little review for our longtest in religion on Monday. I wasn't able to focuse since I was listening to my iPod. One things for sure taht made my day really bad, the right side of my headphone is not working its purpose. It is broken for now and I am currently using the headset of the computer which is big and I don't think I'm going to bring it upstairs to bed. I have to replace it before anything else. I was frustrated at first becuase it is my first iPod ever and now I have ruined its headphone. How bad is that...
Tomorrow, I don't think I am able to replace since we are not going anywhere tomorrow but to the church. So frustrating that I cride a little (it wasn't noticeable).
That's all... So sad but true... I never had been this depressed in my entire life since I don't have a boyfriend yet. The boyfriend that I consider now is my iPod shuffle and it seems that I have to replace a part of him... It's joyful and depressing at the same time...
=( yeah...

Talk about being full

Guess what?

I ate two burgers today. One from Jollibee and the other one is from the McDonald's.

One thing's for sure. I thought I would finish my Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal since I have finished much of it last summer. But not now. I wasn't able to eat'em all for dinner.

Still, my mom isn't here yet...

Waiting... Bored!!!

It's already almost 10pm here in the Philippines. i'm supposed to be asleep awhile ago at 9pm but I told my mom to wait for her to go home because she'll be giving us Starbucks.
Now, I'm sleepy. I want to go to bed already and let my brother have my Frapuccino but i'm not supposed to leave my brother alone here downstairs. Something bad might happen. The only reason for keeping me awake is by keeping on posting here in my blog. My brother is currently watching Spongebob Squarepants as I'm typing.
That's all! I gotta go. Maybe. But for now, I'm going to DragonFable to level up my mage. I can't keep on posting until my mom's here, you know. Or maybe I would look for chords and tabs of my fave songs. Or maybe spend my time in memorizing the lyrics of the songs from the new CDs I just bought.

What Rocks and What Sucks...

This is something new that would be renewed every now and then just like the Playlist.

What Rocks:
  • All my quizzes in Chemistry are perfect except for one.
  • I love my new seat and the new sitting arrangement in the classroom.
  • All of my grades went up except for two subjects.
  • I went from 78 to 84 in Filipino and 79 to 82 in T.L.E.
  • This weekend is going to be so much fun because of surprises.
  • I found out the perfect outfit for me.
  • I have the two CDs I always wanted plus an unexpected CD.
  • I don't have colds or cough.
  • I haven't been late since after the break.
  • I have a new close friend/classmate.
  • I have something to look forward to in class.
  • I have new guitar.

What Sucks...

  • I'm failing quizzes in Religion and English.
  • My front-seatmate is cranky much.
  • Classmates have been linking me with different classmates in the class.
  • I lost one point in Social Studies and Computer.
  • Next week will either be embarrassing or be a nightmare because of PAASCU.
  • I haven't found the perfect hairstyle for me.
  • My HSM3 CD has been ruined!
  • I haven't slept right since Monday and get really sleepy at school.
  • I have black eyebags already.
  • My allowance is not enough for the DVDs I want.
  • I get embarrass easily. (I hope it'll stop soon or maybe next week.)

There would probably be some changes after this day.

My New Playlist

This is the list of songs that I have been listening to since I got the two CDs. Well, here they are:
  1. S.O.S - Jonas Brothers
  2. This Is Me (Acoustic Version) - Demi Lovato
  3. The Whole Camp Rock Soundtrack - Camp Rock Cast
  4. Shake It - Metro Station
  5. The Whole A Little Bit Longer Album - Jonas Brothers
  6. I Got You - McFly
  7. The Whole High School Musical 3 Soundtrack - High School Musical 3 Cast
  8. Just Stand Up - Various Artists

I wanted to add Pink's song "So What". Unfortuantely, I didn't find any good copy of that song so I wasn't able to download it. =( After some days, I think i'm going to get rid of the songs from Camp Rock because I'm so over it already.

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3: SENIOR YEAR

Premiered October 24, 2008

Something that I should've posted last October...

Yo! Wazzup Man!?!?!

It has been almost six weeks from my last post. i have to say that I had much to do that's why I hadn't have time to log in and post something new. I have to admit, I would've posted last semester break but I was too busy playing DragonFable. It is an RPG online game. I had a previous account and I haven't visited it for almost two years already so I thought of playing it for a change.

Dude, guess what? I got almost all what I want from the Music store. I already bought:
  1. Camp Rock Soundtrack
  2. High School Musical 3: Senior Year Soundtrack
  3. A Little Bit Longer Album

All are original CD's! One more... I have a classmate who has a CD with the Jonas Brothers' 2ND album. Although, it's not original, I think it was good that I have a copy since she gave me her not original copy. I owe her. So in return, I let her borrow my HSM3 soundtrack. Unfortunately I think she accidentally dropped it on the floor since its CD cover is broken when I got it from her this morning. Ouch! And to think it was the original CD Soundtrack Album and one of my priced possession. And from that, I will never let anyone borrow my most priced possessions ever again because to tell you the truth I was upset and right now, I don't think I'm still treating the CD as a valuable thing anymore since it already looks old. I am disappointed since I told her not to put scratch on the CD and yet when I checked the disk out, it had scratches on its edges. Nooooo!!!!!!! Now, I regret what I did! I was stupid enough to let her borrow it since I thought that she was really neat and careful in keeping her things. But I thought wrong. (Basically, this is the reason why I posted again after 6 long weeks. =(

Anyway, back to the positive side, I have the tracks from the second and third album of the Jonas Brothers. I also got the soundtracks of HSM3 and Camp Rock. Have I mentioned that I have the Soundtrack of the first HSM? Well , yeah! It's also original. The second soundtrack of HSM is the only one that I don't have. Also in the case of the Jonas Brothers, I don't have their first album original tracks. It's sad but true.

I checked out my previous posts and I had one about enumerating the CD's that I would buy if ever I go in the mall. I don't think I still have interest in the Boys Like Girls Album. Probably, when I get to see it in the stores, I wouldn't be so excited to buy it. Instead, I will surely buy the Camp Rock Movie DVD since it is already in the market. I would also but the HSM3 Movie DVD if ever it has been released already. After those two DVDs, I will surely still have interest in Miley Cyrus' Album: Break Out!. I am very intrigue with what is in her album. And if ever I find one, I would also like to but Demi Lovato's Album because I think she's cool ans that she rocks! Well, that all depends to how much I would be saving for this month of November since this is also the month when I bout the two CDs: HSM and JB. It cost me a thousand to buy those two since they are original. Another factor that puts my savings to almost a zero is the guitar that we bought on the same day with the two CDs. It cost me half a thousand. now all that I have is a thousand left. Still, I don't regret buying those things since i have great interest in them and I will surely take care of them since the money that was spent for them came from my allowance for school.

Before I forget, I had spent the most amazing day with my friends last October 24, 2008 in Trinoma. We watched High School Musical 3: Senior Years in the theater! It was unforgettable since all of us are big fans and it also served as our union for the four of us since we are now in different sections and only two of us are in the same section. Since it was Friday, it was exciting because we have to go the house of one of us so we can get changed. We had lunch on the house then went to Trinoma. We left the mall exactly after it we left the cinema since we had a dance production the next day. That's why unfortunately for me, I had no one to be with on the next day itself since one of my friends who I watched HSM3 with the day before was already tired. It's a good thing I found the other friend of ours who wasn't able to watch HSM3 with us since she wasn't allowed. I spent the whole afternoon with her and her friends. It's really not awkward to be with them since i have shared the same classroom with them for the past two years. The other two (since we are four), had other friends aside from our group of four. So they decided to spend time with them since we already had enough days to be with one another. Even though I wasn't with my best friend who went home early, I still had fun!

Oh yeah, last Monday, my father celebrated his birthday. We ate in a restaurant for dinner. and last Sunday before his birthday, we bought him a birthday cake: Red Ribbon's S'more Chocolate Cake. Tomorrow, a box from distant relatives will be delivered at home which will serve as at least 1/8 of the Christmas gifts that will be given to us. the contains the iPod Shuffle I was talking about in my last post. It's not that I am expecting more gifts, it's just that this would always be the first batch of gifts then another will come this December. We will also be welcoming a visitor from another distant place different from the first one. She would be staying for a week here in the Philippines and happens to be my cousin who many of people in my father's side think that I look like her.

This week has been intense especially in our Chemistry class. We have to have a quiz everyday after discussion. So it's either you listen and perfect the quiz or sleep and fail the quiz. Not only in Chemistry do we have pressure of listening, we also have to listen and to the advices that are given to us student for the preparation for the PAASCU personnel who will be visiting the school next week, Monday and Tuesday only. I am half excited and half nervous because I might be late on those days especially on Monday. So I have to keep in mind not to be late on that day even though we have a visitor. This weekend, we'll have allot of surprises from distant places in the world. Right now, I'm just plain excited!!!!!

Some people I have to greet in my blog even though their day is done:

  • Nick Jonas' 16Th b-day last September 16
  • Kevin Jonas' 21st b-day last November 5
  • the anniversary of my parents last September and October
  • all of my relatives' b-day from January to November 14

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to post last October that it was breast cancer or simply cancer awareness month. Now, it's Diabetes Awareness Month. Then next month will be Christmas Awareness Month... Just kidding! There's no such thing. But there's such as Christmas Day! There are only 41 days left before Christmas! What should I wear??? Whatever it is, it'd better be good.

That's all! As you've notice, it's a bit long since all my thoughts are piled up and had just been released this very moment of the day. There are still more posts to come... Peace. =)

I'm so EXCITED!!!

Guess what?
My mom told me that my older cousin just bought me and my brother a shuffle ipod. I know it's not the latest but it's cool 'cause it's going to be my first time to have an ipod! So who cares if it's old or new?
Anyway, I'm preparing my playlist for my ipod. I'm planning to buy a lot of CD's. And this is the list of what i would be buying (hopefully).
  1. Jonas Brothers Album - A Little Bit Longer
  2. Miley Cyrus Album - Break Out!
  3. Boys Like Girls Album
  4. and other CD albums that i would be seeing in the store.

Those are at least my top three target CD's. But before the last two CD's my second priority is Camp Rock DVD.

I'm excited for both the ipod and the CD's and DVD.

Most of all, I can't wait for High School Musical 3: Senior Year!!! I would be seeing it in its premier showing with my friends.

I can't wait!!!

That's all for today! I have to sleep if i want to be well!

Ciao for now!!! Peace.

I'm Back!!!

Hey wassup?

It has been a long time since my last post. I was busy with my homework, projects, quizzes, and exams. It was darn long that I had to sleep late like 11pm. My eye bags grew bigger. Now, i have cough and cold. I just recovered from my sinusitis. i wasn't able to use the computer for two weeks. This is the only time i've got this week since I would be sleeping, napping, eating and resting if i want to get well from cough and cold. i should be well before October 24 because that would be the premiere of HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3 : SENIOR YEAR in theatres. iI would be watching it with my best friends at school. It will be so awesome!!!

Anyway, I'll be posting another one later. I just have to finish personalizing my e-card for my friend who had her birthday yesterday. I wasn't able to greet her because I didn't get her number and I wasn't able to use the computer yesterday since I was resting.

So, talk to you later!

I'm out for now! Peace.

The songs are in Repeat All Loop. It lasts for about an hour. I listen to them when I have nothing else to do in the computer just like now and also if I need inspiration (everyday).

That's all. Just sharing my Playlist. I picked some songs randomly. Some were not like Camp Rock songs and Jonas Brother and Miley Cyrus songs. They are personally chosen. the others were just want songs not need songs.

Well, I'm gonna sleep now. Goodnight! It's 9:05pm already. See ya 'all tomorrow or the next day. or the next day, or the next day, or the next day and the next day, and the next, and the next day.

Stuff/s I NEED to Get Out Off My Head...

Yo, wassup? Our classes were supended today dew to the typhoon, Karen. I went home at about 11:45 or less. I bought at mcdonald's for lunch on the way home. We were supposed to meet with our clubs this afternoon after lunch at school. but since it was suspened, we didn't meet. Our club were supposed to go Ateneo De Manila to visit their exhibit about math and stuff. My club is called Mathletes. I was excited then to go to school awhile ago. Oh well. That's just how things roll, I guess.

I read Noli Me Tangere until chpter 41. It was long. I only read up until three-fourths of the chapter. Then I got sleepy and took a nap on th couch. That was about 6pm. My mom woke me up when she got home. I got my new shoes from Natasha's store. It was blue flats.

For the past Monday and Tuesday, we had no classes because of feast days. In thise days, I wasn't able to vivit and post in my blog because I had to do homework for today. At least I have nothing to worry about now that I have done them yesterday. Speaking of finishing something yesterday, I finished reading the novel by Mitch Albom entitled "For One More Day". It took me two days to get over it.

The Main reason, by the way, I am postng today is because I have no idea on how am I suppose to create a script about Pilosopo Tasyo, a character in Noli Me Tangere, when he only appears in the story like every other five chapters. There is less to talk about him. I have to make a monologue that would last for at least three minutes. It's a good thing I have already an idea for the costume since it was stated clearly in the book. Out monologue will be performed on the 26th of August.

Right now, I am glad to say that the songs and music videos of 'This Is Me' and 'We Rock' from the soundtrack of Camp Rock were in the 16th and 15th place in the Myx International Top 20 (M.I.T. 20) this week. I sang along, of course, when I saw them on T.V. I also am proud of Mily Cyrus to be on the number one spot of M.I.T. 20. She is really awesome even though alot of people hate her already. I still think that her songs are amazing. One more thing, I really like the song by Jordin Sparks entitled "One Step At A Time". It is a very inspiring song. I got inspired and downloaded it at once. It was the on the number two spot in M.I.T. 20. I am really burnin' up since everywhere I change the channel, I seem to see the music video "Burnin' Up" by the Jonas Brothers. It was shown in Disney last Monday and on Myx last Sunday, August 17, 2008, 9pm. Then it was flashed on Disney every now and then.

I can't wait for September 7 because at 10am on that day, the backstage secrets behind Camp Rock will be shown and hosted by the cast. On 7:30pm of the same day will be the premiere of Camp Rock itself. Then on September 8 at 5pm, the Jonas Brothers will host the promotion of the soundtrack. I am not sure if the events are right. all I know in genreal is that I will the JoBros on Dinsey Channel on those times and day that will be next, next week.

The nearest event that will happen on television will the Kid's Choice Awards on Nickelodeon this August 31. I don't know what time they'll air it. But I will surely look forward to that. Then there's Camp Rock on September 7. Thene there's High School Musical 3: The Senior Year. The said movie will premiere in the Philippines this coming October 22. Unfortunately, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood prince will be showing next year summer. And my friends and I hoped to see it this November. I will also be excited about the Jonas Brothers' 3D Concert in their Burnin' Up Tour. the Philippines would get to see it next year.

Oh, yeah. I almost forgot. I purchased a magazine called Total Girl. It was the latest edition (August 2008). I bought it for a reason. The cover was the Jonas Brothers. There were four pages all about them. As a fan, there is no way I'm not having a copy. It only cost Php85.00. I paid with my own money. I felt like keeping it new.

That was a lot of things to blurt out and get out of my head. I feel good now. =)
That's all. I hope to post more. I'm out for now. Peace.

Happy Birthday Joe!

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
HAPPY BIRTH DAY JOE JONAS!!!
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

It's Someone's Birthday!!!

Today is Friday, August 15, 2008. The day that I never thought I will be celebrating this year. It's not my birthday or anniversary or anything. It's just that this day is very special to someone I hear, see, and watch in the computer and now hear, see, and watch on tv. That someone is a he. He is more famous now that he is under the most watched channel by kids and some teenagers, Disney Channel. He is in a band. He is his bands lead singer. His band is composed of him and his other two brothers. His youngest brother is not in their band. He is the second brother. And I guess, for me, he is the one that I like the most among the brothers. The person that I'm taliking about is none other than Joseph "Joe" Adam Jonas.

It's his 19th birthday today!!! How cool is that!?! If only I can go to America and visit him just to greet and meet him and say "Happy Birthday!!!" But that would be impossible since I am a fan from the Philippines and I have school to attend to and it would be a big risk if I miss one day. It's a good thing that the internet had blogs and shoutouts so I can greet Joe Jonas even from afar.

At school, I kept reminding and telling people that it's Joe Jonas' birthday. I guess I am a fan and their band really had me going and influenced me alot. And if ever they will go to the Philippines, I will surely be in their concert. In fact, I am saving money starting from the first day of school since I wanted to buy their albums and, if ever they would visit the Philippines, buy tickets to their concert! Since I nver stopped saying that it's Joe Jonas' birthday today at school, my classmates tease me that Joe's my "boyfriend". Experiencing that makes me feel more happy today.

The real reason why I am celebrating this day is because I like Joe Jonas the most among the brothers. I have a very big crush on him. Everytime I see him on tv, I would like turn the volume on really high and hear him sing or say something. I had imagined once until now that I am singing "This Is Me", a song from Camp Rock sang by Mitchie Torres and Shane Gray, with Joe. That's why, right now, I can say that "This Is Me" is my favorite song. I would sing it at school, in the tricycle, at home, and I guess, anywhere I am and anywhere I go! The song is really awesome and very inspiring to actually reveal yourself to everyone and pshow them what you got. That's exactly what I'm partially doing and letting my classmates know this year since I have a new set of classmates. doing so let me shine all through out the past two months at school. My "singing" is being recognize now in the classroom. To one of my classmate, I am a rockstar. I sure do hope I can be one someday.

Anyway, I'm really happy today. I never thought that I would be celebrating his birthday today. I thought before that I would pass this day like the usual. But it didn't. instead, it was extra special since I was able to exclaim to others about Jone Jonas' Birthday.

I am listening to their first and second studio albums (It's About Time and Jonas Brothers) and also to their other songs in the Camp Rock movie. I haven't bought their third album since I haven't been to the right place where to buy it. I am planning to buy one this weekend since we won't have classes next week on Monday and Tuesday. I would be more than happy to purchase one of their album and hear their songs over the weekend. But, of course, I would do my homework first so I can be ready on Wednesday next week.

But now, It's all about Joe Jonas and the songs they sang in their albums including others in their movie, Camp Rock.

I am goin to enjoy this day!!! So I have to go now. Better listen now before doing school works.

That's all for today! My third post for this day will be written for a second.

I'm going to do some of my homework now and later another post. It's my first to have three posts for one day.

Later! Peace. =)

HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY, JOE JONAS!!! I LOVE YOU!!! <3

I'm Back!!!

Hey guys! Guess what! I'm back from studying for periodical tests to downloading music, surfing the net, posting in the blog, and watching tv!

It was a very tiring week last week since I had exams; but I guesss it all paid of since I feel that I have accomplished something really great. The last day of exams was last Saturday, August 9, 2008. Right after dismissal, my friends and I went to Tapaking for lunch. I ate pork spicy tapa. It was delicious! Then we went to SM San Lazaro to walk and had window shopping. We bought stopped by an ice cream stand of Milo. We had one eacht then attempted to watch a movie. Unfortunately, my other friend had to go home already. So at 3pm, we went home already.

That's what happened last Saturday. This week is a very thrilling and scary week wherein we students get to see our exam papers and know our scores. So far, I have done well except for our English language. I have to admit. I'm really not good in English literature. I am more skilled in Grammar than in Literature. That's because I don't really read books. I would rather watch the movie version than read the book version of any story. Anyway, even though i didn't get that high in English, I sure did well in the math area. All though my scores are not that high compared to the smartest student in our batch I am still proud of my scores.

Now you know what happened last week. and this week. Pretty tiring, ha? Well, my mind got exhausted and so are my eyes. I wasn't able to sleep in straight eight hours last week. That's why my teacher in chemistry noticed, during the exam when she had to proctor us, said that I got thinner. This week is very relaxing since I sleep on time now.

That's all! I'm going to post again about another topic. Check it out yourself just above this post.

Ciao! I'm out for a second. Peace. =)

My Hidden Skill

I never thought that I would still have time to post something in my blog. Eventually, I had decided to rest for today and sleep early.

Anyway, today is a very tiring day. It is because today is mastery tests day. It is the day when all the mastery tests are held all in one day. The subjects are Math, English, Science, and Filipino.

The first test was Math. Unfortunately, even though I have the talent in that subject, I was not able to finish the test because I had deep thoughts in some of the other items. But it's cool because there were only two items that I wasn't able to answer. The last two of course. The next test is English. I finished the test but I have to admit that I had a hard time in the vocabulary part because I didn't know what words to review. So I just guessed some of the answers. Some where pretty obvious if you analyze the sentence. the next was Filipino. It was almost the thing like English only that it was in Tagalog. I finished both tests before time. The last test was Science. In that test, I think it was half common sense and half stock knowledge about Biology and General Science. But the Chemistry part of the test came from some of the lessons in our Chemistry class. I finished it on time. I thought I never finished it because some questions were really tricky. But unlike in Math, the tricky questions in Science were easier to understand.

That's what happened in half of my at school. The other half is ordinary since we had regular classes after the four Mastery tests.

The main reason that I had time to post in my blog is because awhile ago I did amy part in one of our school group projects. I needed to type in my part and send it to the person-in-charge who is going to design the whole project. My part was to do an introduction. it was really exciting because I was the one to volunteered that part. I chose to do that part of the project because I found out, when I was in the first year high school, that I had the passion for introducing a project creatively and very interesting. My introductions were not boring.

I am sorry for boasting out and being proud of this. This is actually the first time I have written about this hidden talent of mine. I hope you don't picture me as a boastful or a person who is proud because I never have said things about this talent anyway. This is my first time.

That's all! I just had to release my thoughts.

I'm out again! And this time, I'm sure that I will keep my word when I say that I will have to post again after a long time. Peace again for you people out there.

BTW, have I ever told you about my motto and principle in life? Well I guess I have to remind myself to write something about it. That will be so awesome!

I really have to go now. I have to sleep. It's already ten. I am supposed to sleep at 9pm but now its 10pm. I am an hour late.

See 'ya next, next week! It's night here in the Philippines, so I would like to say: "Goodnight and Goodbye." -from the Jonas Brothers' song

Some Songs are Influencial

School has started a month ago, June 10. And at that time, I already had songs playing on the computer again and again. And as the schoolyear passesby, new songs are added in the computer since there are new songs being created and sang in the tv and radio. Everytime I played them, I got to memorize their lyrics and some are really inspiring. And I guess some lyrics really got stuck in my head.
I had used some lyrics and changed some of them for school projects, presentations, seatworks and assignment purposes. I am proud to know these songs and just wanted to say them. These songs are:
  1. SOS - Jonas Brothers
  2. Hold On - Jonas Brothers
  3. Life's What You Make It - Miley Cyrus
  4. Nobody's Perfect - Hannah Montana
  5. 7 Things - Miley Cyrus
  6. Betamax - Sandwich

With these songs, I was able to do my requirements with fun and excitement. I didn't get bored in doing such things since I was singing along while I do them. I was doing what I need to do and what I want to do at the same time!

Now, there is another group work that will require a song for the presentation. Our group hasn't decided yet on what song to use and lyrics to be changed. It is supposed to be a love song since the topic is about the sonnet by Elizabeth Browning, "How Do I Love Thee".

That's all for this month. This will be the first and last post for the month because our quarter exams are very near. So my next posts will be in August. See you then!

I'm out for a long time. Peace, y'all.

My Dream House

I have been dreaming of my own house someday. So when I sleep, I get to see it and enjoy living in it at the same time. So let me give you a tour inside my dream house...

IMAGINE AS HARD AS YOU CAN
But first we have to ride a plane because it is located in California, United States of America.

FRONT YARD
There is a big open front yard with grass and cemented pathway through the house. On the left you'll see my garden and on the right you'll see a parking lot for my cars. Before we enter the door, we have to go up the stairs and see a table set just outside the door where we can have coffee outside the house. Just beside the door there is a small soda machine. The sodas only cost for a quarter. Now, we enter the front door...

LIVING ROOM
When we enter the front door, we can see the living room. It is consists of two couches that can fit up to five people and two sofas that can fit only a person. The couches are soft and comfortable. The couches surround a short glass table which has a compartment underneath where magazines and newspapers are located. Then, standing in front of one of the two big couches is the television. The television is wide screen and plasma TV so it will last long. It stands on its rack with two floor compartment. Beside each sofa and couch is a small soda machine just like outside the door.

DINING ROOM
Next, on the left of the living room, is the dining room. It has a huge round table that at most ten people can sit and eat on the table. On the corner of the room is the refrigerator. It is big and has two doors. It is about six feet tall. Right next to it is the big freezer where I put my ice creams and desserts and things that has to be really frozen. Then a few feet from the ref is the microwave oven. Beside it is a table where the sugar, cereals, powdered milk, paper towels and other condiments are placed. On the other side of the fridge is where the plates are located and so is a sink and the place where the dishwasher is located.

WASH ROOMS
On the opposite corner of the dining room is the door which leads to the washroom and bathroom. The washroom is on the corner and the big bathroom is just right next door to it. The washroom has a toilet bowl and a sink. It also has towels, tissues, soaps, dipper(tabo in tagalog), and paper cups just in case I wanted to brush my teeth in it.

KITCHEN
In between the microwave oven and a few feet away from the washroom is a door which leads to the kitchen. The kitchen has all its supplies in it. It occupies one room in the house. It has a fryer, boiler, broiler and etc. It also has spatulas and mixers. It has a big oven where my personal chef bakes cakes. It also has grills and pancake pans. Since every tool in the kitchen is used, there is a dishwasher in every corner of the kitchen.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

I will have to continue this later because I have to watch the music video of Rock Star by Miley Cyrus in Disney Channel.

That's All!

TTFN, Ta Ta For Now...

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

GUEST ROOMS
There is the stairs on the right corner of the living room. It leads to the second floor. It has five big bedrooms. Two of these are located on the kitchen wing and the rest are located left side making an L-shaped room. Each room has its own terrace and bathroom inside. Then still on the second floor, there is a door on the right side of the stairs. It leads to the house next door (my room).

LIBRARY and RELAXING ROOM
My Room has the size of a house. It has three floors. If you Enter the door right next to the stairs, it will lead to my study room. Its like a library occupying one half of the third floor of my room. The other half has a wooden floor. I call it my "Relaxing Room". It has glass tables with matching comfortable chairs and a big couch near the windows. The windows are big slide transparent glass doors which leads to my terrace. My windows are covered with curtains so it still feels relaxing even if the sun is shining. The terrace extends from the Library to my relaxing room. When you go out of my terrace, you will get to see my backyard. It also has a terrace in front. If you go out of my second terrace, you will see the garden and the parking lot and also the road and sidewalk. My relaxing room, just like my living room, has a small soda machine so we can drink while we are relaxing.

BACKYARD
My backyard has a swimming pool 4 up to 10 feet deep. It extends from the kitchen to the relaxing room. If you will look on the further right, it has my garage and my storage room for my gardening tools and other cleaning equipment. My garage is the size of a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, and badminton court so we can play all 4 sports in my house.

DRESSING ROOM/CLOSET
Now, let's go down to my second floor which is my closet and dressing room. Since it is my closet, go figure what's in it. Clothes, of course! It is very organize. When you open the door, on the left corner, you'll see my make-up table. It has all my nail polish, lip gloss, face powder, in short, my make-up kit. my table has drawers where I put the rest of it. It has a mirror and a stool. Right beside my mirror table is an eyeglasses/sunglasses stand where I put my glasses.

Then on the left side, there are my accessories. My accessories are placed inside a transparent cabinets. It is locked for safe keeping. In the first cabinet is where my collection of watches are placed. My bracelets and earrings are located on the second cabinet. Most of my bracelets and earrings are made of diamonds so it also has a lock.

Beside the cabinets is another cabinet that has a full-body mirror on its doors so I can see myself while I put on my clothes. It is where I put my gowns and dresses. There are two of these which occupies the rest of the left side of the room. Then on the back is a huge full body mirror which extends from the left to the right side of the room. On the right side, there is another cabinet the same as the other two on the left side. It has my shirts hanging and lying folded on the bottom are my undergarments (socks included). Beside it is another cabinet which consists of my pants. The next cabinet is consists of my skirts and shorts. Next to it is another cabinet that consists of my sporty attires which include my bathing suits. Beside it is where I put my belts. On the corner is where I put all of my hats and caps and other hair accessories, different styles and different sizes.

Then, next to it, is my shoe rack. On the first rack is where my boots are. The next rack is where my heeled-shoes are placed. the rack beside it is where my wedged shoes are located. Then, on the forth rack is where I put my sneakers which extends to the fifth rack. Then, on the last rack is where my sandals, flip flops and slippers are located which extends until the door. There is another door on the other side of the stairs on the second floor. It leads to my bathroom.

BEDROOM
Now we go down to my bedroom which is on the first floor. It has my queen-sized bed in the middle of the room resting on big sliding glass doors just like the windows in my terraces. It covered with thick curtains. Outside my big windows is where the pool and the garage are. There is a bathroom for both left and right side of the room since it is big. On the left side of my bed is my study table and a mini trashcan. Then there are mini sofas on the floor scattered on the floor. My school bag is lying beside my study table. On my bed, beside my pillow, are my stuffed toys/animals. On the right side of my bed is mirror table where I put the watch that I usually use, lip gloss that I usually wear, and other stuff that I usually use so I don't have to go up in my closet to get it. I also have my laptop on my study table with my cell phone and telephone. Beside my mirror table is where my closet stands. Inside that closet are my favorite and personally chosen clothes, from my big closet upstairs, which I wear for a week then I just go up to my big closet to change the contents of my small closet for the week. Then the wall facing my bed and my big windows is where the posters of my favorite bands and singers go. On that side of the room is also where my TV is located just opposite my bed. Beside my TV is my DVD/CD player and CD rack where I put my favorite and personally chosen songs from my basement. This room also has a mini soda machine just like the Relaxing room.

BASEMENT
Speaking of my basement, let's go to my basement now! My basement has two parts. One part is located and is extended from the kitchen to the living room; and it is called the gadget room. The other part which is located under my room and extends the same size as my bedroom; and I call it the music room. Another term for my is "THE THEATRE" since it has the gadgets and the musics all together in one place. This is the reason why the ceiling of this room is soundproof; so that no one from the first to the third floor will hear the noise that is going on in the basement.

MUSIC ROOM
The music room is where I put my piano, guitars, drums, Cd's and DVDs and other musical instruments. It has players where I can play my cds and dvds. It has drawers full of music books and compilation of chords and peices of different instruments. There is a table set located near the stage with pens and papers on it so you can write a song while you are here. There is also a sofa where you can sit comfortably while listening to music. On the walls are where the earphones are hanging so you can easily grab them. There is a microphone and a microphone stand in the middle waiting for you to sing. The Drums are located in the far end of the room on the stage along with the amplifiers and big speakers. The players are placed on a table beside the stage. There is another player beside the table set and beside the sofa. There is a big wide screen television which connects the music room to the gadget room. There is also a player beside the TV with theater speakers. The sofa is facing the television, side viewing the stage so if you sit on it, you can either watch the TV in front of you or watch the band performing on your left.

GADGET ROOM
On the other side fo the basement, we have the gadget room. It is where I put my gadgets such as my iPod, iPhone, and etc. There is a cabinet full of video games, locked. Beside this cabinet are cabinets, each containing the tapes of GBA, DS, PSP and etc. There are also cabinets each containing different brands of laptops and cellphones. There are also cabinets each containing music players such as iPods and others. There is also a playstation on the corner. There are cabinets that contain digital cameras and videocams with different brands. There is also a computer with LCD monitor, small CPU, a copier, scanner, printer and of course, the keyboard and the mouse. One of each gadgets are personalized and are in my bedroom so all gadgets in the basement are not yet personalized. There is no soda machine in the mbasement considering what it contains and what might happen if sodas will interfere.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The basement has two staircases. One leads to my room and the other one leads to the living room. In between these two staircases is the laundry room. It is just behind the sofa.

BACKYARD
Now we go back to my living room because between the staircase and the washroom is an open space with sliding transparent doors. This leads us to the backyard where the pool and the garage is located. It is where most of the trashcans are placed since I want my pool and my garage to be always clean. There are six small soda machines in the backyard; one in each corner and the other two serves as the edge of the pool and the garage.

Now you've seen what my dream house looks like. You've heard what you can expect to hear in my basement. You also have smelled the possible snacks and meals that we might be eating in my room. And you definitly thought of the fun activities to do in the pool. What's left is the feeling of actually living and experiencing the luxury and life inside my dream house. But we must never forget about the construction and the painting of the house becasue without these, we can't really live in it.

Time to wake up and go back to reality!!!

REALITY CHECK
I know its not that much of a fairytale just like a palace or a mansion but I think its worth dreaming and studying for. And since I'm studying hard for this little dream to come true, I might as well do some extra effort to it. Who knows, maybe dreams really do come true...

This is deejey signing out saying "Always Smile an Amazing Smile!" and Don't let your hopes down. Keep on dreaming and do something about it.

P.S. If ever this dream house of mine ever come true, I will surely be Living the Dream like the Jonas Brothers...

Thursday, June 5, 2008

According to myx channel's commercial, they are going to feature the Jonas Brothers on June 5 in their show called "myx presents". It is (I think) where they feature a band's/singer's songs being played by them and the program runs for an hour. So I waited for June 5 since I am a fan of the Jonas Brothers. No big deal.
Then June 5 came. I watched myx daily top ten. The Jonas Brothers' song "When You Look Me In The Eyes" was on the number 3 spot. I was very happy even though they only ranked three. I stayed tune to myx after their daily top ten.
After an hour, I turned off the tv so it could rest for awhile. At the time I turned it off, I wasn't thinking about the Jonas Brothers appearing on tv in myx. Then after another hour, I was hurrying up on opening the television. When I opened it, the repeat telecast of the day's daily top ten was running. I thought that the Jonas Brothers show was done already; since I already know that one of their songs are in the top ten, I watched again. The only difference is that this time I heard and caught the VJ say to the viewers to not to forget about them showing the Jonas Brothers at 9pm. When I heard that, my spirits came alive. So at that time, since the daily top ten airs 7pm to 8pm, I had an hour to eat dinner and prepare myself in front of the tv. Then when 9pm striked that night, I was very excited so I turned on the tv. I was just in time!
The show was all about their sold-out concert in New York. While I was viewing it on tv, I was singing along, of course. They're my favorite band so far! They started off with "Kids of the Future" and ended it with encore, "Year 3000". In the show, it included their official music video for their song "That's Just The Way We Roll". I also danced when they played SOS. Sadly, they didn't perform "When You Look Me In The Eyes". I searched for answers why they didn't sing it. I got answers that say they didn't do it because their tour was not provided with a piano. But that's cool 'cause they sang almost all the songs from their second album.
After the show, I was completely tired since I was screaming along with the audience, singing along with the Jo Bros, and dancing on my own. While I was making my self feel like one of the audiences, I felt like I was in their real concert! That's why I will never forget this hour-of-my-life experience in front the tv. And this is the main reason why I made this blog.
This is my first entry. And since I only saw them on tv in their concert, I will be spending my allowance wisely this coming schoolyear, 2008-2009 (since I am from the Philippines), so I can buy their third album and better yet, if there are some left from the album, I'm going to spend it on their concert here in the Philippines (hoping that they will come here).
I'm out. Peace.
