My Dream House

I have been dreaming of my own house someday. So when I sleep, I get to see it and enjoy living in it at the same time. So let me give you a tour inside my dream house...

IMAGINE AS HARD AS YOU CAN
But first we have to ride a plane because it is located in California, United States of America.

FRONT YARD
There is a big open front yard with grass and cemented pathway through the house. On the left you'll see my garden and on the right you'll see a parking lot for my cars. Before we enter the door, we have to go up the stairs and see a table set just outside the door where we can have coffee outside the house. Just beside the door there is a small soda machine. The sodas only cost for a quarter. Now, we enter the front door...

LIVING ROOM
When we enter the front door, we can see the living room. It is consists of two couches that can fit up to five people and two sofas that can fit only a person. The couches are soft and comfortable. The couches surround a short glass table which has a compartment underneath where magazines and newspapers are located. Then, standing in front of one of the two big couches is the television. The television is wide screen and plasma TV so it will last long. It stands on its rack with two floor compartment. Beside each sofa and couch is a small soda machine just like outside the door.

DINING ROOM
Next, on the left of the living room, is the dining room. It has a huge round table that at most ten people can sit and eat on the table. On the corner of the room is the refrigerator. It is big and has two doors. It is about six feet tall. Right next to it is the big freezer where I put my ice creams and desserts and things that has to be really frozen. Then a few feet from the ref is the microwave oven. Beside it is a table where the sugar, cereals, powdered milk, paper towels and other condiments are placed. On the other side of the fridge is where the plates are located and so is a sink and the place where the dishwasher is located.

WASH ROOMS
On the opposite corner of the dining room is the door which leads to the washroom and bathroom. The washroom is on the corner and the big bathroom is just right next door to it. The washroom has a toilet bowl and a sink. It also has towels, tissues, soaps, dipper(tabo in tagalog), and paper cups just in case I wanted to brush my teeth in it.

KITCHEN
In between the microwave oven and a few feet away from the washroom is a door which leads to the kitchen. The kitchen has all its supplies in it. It occupies one room in the house. It has a fryer, boiler, broiler and etc. It also has spatulas and mixers. It has a big oven where my personal chef bakes cakes. It also has grills and pancake pans. Since every tool in the kitchen is used, there is a dishwasher in every corner of the kitchen.

I will have to continue this later because I have to watch the music video of Rock Star by Miley Cyrus in Disney Channel.

That's All!

GUEST ROOMS
There is the stairs on the right corner of the living room. It leads to the second floor. It has five big bedrooms. Two of these are located on the kitchen wing and the rest are located left side making an L-shaped room. Each room has its own terrace and bathroom inside. Then still on the second floor, there is a door on the right side of the stairs. It leads to the house next door (my room).

LIBRARY and RELAXING ROOM
My Room has the size of a house. It has three floors. If you Enter the door right next to the stairs, it will lead to my study room. Its like a library occupying one half of the third floor of my room. The other half has a wooden floor. I call it my "Relaxing Room". It has glass tables with matching comfortable chairs and a big couch near the windows. The windows are big slide transparent glass doors which leads to my terrace. My windows are covered with curtains so it still feels relaxing even if the sun is shining. The terrace extends from the Library to my relaxing room. When you go out of my terrace, you will get to see my backyard. It also has a terrace in front. If you go out of my second terrace, you will see the garden and the parking lot and also the road and sidewalk. My relaxing room, just like my living room, has a small soda machine so we can drink while we are relaxing.

BACKYARD
My backyard has a swimming pool 4 up to 10 feet deep. It extends from the kitchen to the relaxing room. If you will look on the further right, it has my garage and my storage room for my gardening tools and other cleaning equipment. My garage is the size of a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, and badminton court so we can play all 4 sports in my house.

DRESSING ROOM/CLOSET
Now, let's go down to my second floor which is my closet and dressing room. Since it is my closet, go figure what's in it. Clothes, of course! It is very organize. When you open the door, on the left corner, you'll see my make-up table. It has all my nail polish, lip gloss, face powder, in short, my make-up kit. my table has drawers where I put the rest of it. It has a mirror and a stool. Right beside my mirror table is an eyeglasses/sunglasses stand where I put my glasses.

Then on the left side, there are my accessories. My accessories are placed inside a transparent cabinets. It is locked for safe keeping. In the first cabinet is where my collection of watches are placed. My bracelets and earrings are located on the second cabinet. Most of my bracelets and earrings are made of diamonds so it also has a lock.

Beside the cabinets is another cabinet that has a full-body mirror on its doors so I can see myself while I put on my clothes. It is where I put my gowns and dresses. There are two of these which occupies the rest of the left side of the room. Then on the back is a huge full body mirror which extends from the left to the right side of the room. On the right side, there is another cabinet the same as the other two on the left side. It has my shirts hanging and lying folded on the bottom are my undergarments (socks included). Beside it is another cabinet which consists of my pants. The next cabinet is consists of my skirts and shorts. Next to it is another cabinet that consists of my sporty attires which include my bathing suits. Beside it is where I put my belts. On the corner is where I put all of my hats and caps and other hair accessories, different styles and different sizes.

Then, next to it, is my shoe rack. On the first rack is where my boots are. The next rack is where my heeled-shoes are placed. the rack beside it is where my wedged shoes are located. Then, on the forth rack is where I put my sneakers which extends to the fifth rack. Then, on the last rack is where my sandals, flip flops and slippers are located which extends until the door. There is another door on the other side of the stairs on the second floor. It leads to my bathroom.

BEDROOM
Now we go down to my bedroom which is on the first floor. It has my queen-sized bed in the middle of the room resting on big sliding glass doors just like the windows in my terraces. It covered with thick curtains. Outside my big windows is where the pool and the garage are. There is a bathroom for both left and right side of the room since it is big. On the left side of my bed is my study table and a mini trashcan. Then there are mini sofas on the floor scattered on the floor. My school bag is lying beside my study table. On my bed, beside my pillow, are my stuffed toys/animals. On the right side of my bed is mirror table where I put the watch that I usually use, lip gloss that I usually wear, and other stuff that I usually use so I don't have to go up in my closet to get it. I also have my laptop on my study table with my cell phone and telephone. Beside my mirror table is where my closet stands. Inside that closet are my favorite and personally chosen clothes, from my big closet upstairs, which I wear for a week then I just go up to my big closet to change the contents of my small closet for the week. Then the wall facing my bed and my big windows is where the posters of my favorite bands and singers go. On that side of the room is also where my TV is located just opposite my bed. Beside my TV is my DVD/CD player and CD rack where I put my favorite and personally chosen songs from my basement. This room also has a mini soda machine just like the Relaxing room.

BASEMENT
Speaking of my basement, let's go to my basement now! My basement has two parts. One part is located and is extended from the kitchen to the living room; and it is called the gadget room. The other part which is located under my room and extends the same size as my bedroom; and I call it the music room. Another term for my is "THE THEATRE" since it has the gadgets and the musics all together in one place. This is the reason why the ceiling of this room is soundproof; so that no one from the first to the third floor will hear the noise that is going on in the basement.

MUSIC ROOM
The music room is where I put my piano, guitars, drums, Cd's and DVDs and other musical instruments. It has players where I can play my cds and dvds. It has drawers full of music books and compilation of chords and peices of different instruments. There is a table set located near the stage with pens and papers on it so you can write a song while you are here. There is also a sofa where you can sit comfortably while listening to music. On the walls are where the earphones are hanging so you can easily grab them. There is a microphone and a microphone stand in the middle waiting for you to sing. The Drums are located in the far end of the room on the stage along with the amplifiers and big speakers. The players are placed on a table beside the stage. There is another player beside the table set and beside the sofa. There is a big wide screen television which connects the music room to the gadget room. There is also a player beside the TV with theater speakers. The sofa is facing the television, side viewing the stage so if you sit on it, you can either watch the TV in front of you or watch the band performing on your left.

GADGET ROOM
On the other side fo the basement, we have the gadget room. It is where I put my gadgets such as my iPod, iPhone, and etc. There is a cabinet full of video games, locked. Beside this cabinet are cabinets, each containing the tapes of GBA, DS, PSP and etc. There are also cabinets each containing different brands of laptops and cellphones. There are also cabinets each containing music players such as iPods and others. There is also a playstation on the corner. There are cabinets that contain digital cameras and videocams with different brands. There is also a computer with LCD monitor, small CPU, a copier, scanner, printer and of course, the keyboard and the mouse. One of each gadgets are personalized and are in my bedroom so all gadgets in the basement are not yet personalized. There is no soda machine in the mbasement considering what it contains and what might happen if sodas will interfere.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The basement has two staircases. One leads to my room and the other one leads to the living room. In between these two staircases is the laundry room. It is just behind the sofa.

BACKYARD
Now we go back to my living room because between the staircase and the washroom is an open space with sliding transparent doors. This leads us to the backyard where the pool and the garage is located. It is where most of the trashcans are placed since I want my pool and my garage to be always clean. There are six small soda machines in the backyard; one in each corner and the other two serves as the edge of the pool and the garage.

Now you've seen what my dream house looks like. You've heard what you can expect to hear in my basement. You also have smelled the possible snacks and meals that we might be eating in my room. And you definitly thought of the fun activities to do in the pool. What's left is the feeling of actually living and experiencing the luxury and life inside my dream house. But we must never forget about the construction and the painting of the house becasue without these, we can't really live in it.

Time to wake up and go back to reality!!!

REALITY CHECK
I know its not that much of a fairytale just like a palace or a mansion but I think its worth dreaming and studying for. And since I'm studying hard for this little dream to come true, I might as well do some extra effort to it. Who knows, maybe dreams really do come true...

This is deejey signing out saying "Always Smile an Amazing Smile!" and Don't let your hopes down. Keep on dreaming and do something about it.

P.S. If ever this dream house of mine ever come true, I will surely be Living the Dream like the Jonas Brothers...

Thursday, June 5, 2008

According to myx channel's commercial, they are going to feature the Jonas Brothers on June 5 in their show called "myx presents". It is (I think) where they feature a band's/singer's songs being played by them and the program runs for an hour. So I waited for June 5 since I am a fan of the Jonas Brothers. No big deal.
Then June 5 came. I watched myx daily top ten. The Jonas Brothers' song "When You Look Me In The Eyes" was on the number 3 spot. I was very happy even though they only ranked three. I stayed tune to myx after their daily top ten.
After an hour, I turned off the tv so it could rest for awhile. At the time I turned it off, I wasn't thinking about the Jonas Brothers appearing on tv in myx. Then after another hour, I was hurrying up on opening the television. When I opened it, the repeat telecast of the day's daily top ten was running. I thought that the Jonas Brothers show was done already; since I already know that one of their songs are in the top ten, I watched again. The only difference is that this time I heard and caught the VJ say to the viewers to not to forget about them showing the Jonas Brothers at 9pm. When I heard that, my spirits came alive. So at that time, since the daily top ten airs 7pm to 8pm, I had an hour to eat dinner and prepare myself in front of the tv. Then when 9pm striked that night, I was very excited so I turned on the tv. I was just in time!
The show was all about their sold-out concert in New York. While I was viewing it on tv, I was singing along, of course. They're my favorite band so far! They started off with "Kids of the Future" and ended it with encore, "Year 3000". In the show, it included their official music video for their song "That's Just The Way We Roll". I also danced when they played SOS. Sadly, they didn't perform "When You Look Me In The Eyes". I searched for answers why they didn't sing it. I got answers that say they didn't do it because their tour was not provided with a piano. But that's cool 'cause they sang almost all the songs from their second album.
After the show, I was completely tired since I was screaming along with the audience, singing along with the Jo Bros, and dancing on my own. While I was making my self feel like one of the audiences, I felt like I was in their real concert! That's why I will never forget this hour-of-my-life experience in front the tv. And this is the main reason why I made this blog.
This is my first entry. And since I only saw them on tv in their concert, I will be spending my allowance wisely this coming schoolyear, 2008-2009 (since I am from the Philippines), so I can buy their third album and better yet, if there are some left from the album, I'm going to spend it on their concert here in the Philippines (hoping that they will come here).
I'm out. Peace.
